Pappi’s Sea Moss Company’s SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders will ship on Tuesday , September 29th

Confirmation Emails:

  • First Confirmation Email: Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email from us which will have your 5-digit Order Number, date of production and shipping dates. 

  • Second Confirmation Email: On the day we ship your order, once your order is packed up and we scan your shipping label you will be sent your second Confirmation Email which will include your FedEx tracking number. Once FedEx picks up your package from us and scans your shipping label, your package will then be in the FedEx system, and you will be able to track your order.

  • Please check your spam/junk email folders if you don’t see any confirmation emails in your main inbox. If you still don’t see an email, please email Corinne with your full name and order number and she will assist you. 

Shipping:

  • FedEx Express: 98% of these orders are delivered by the end of the day, the very next day after shipping out. 2% of these orders may be delivered the 2nd day after shipping out, depending on your location.
  • FedEx Ground: These orders are usually delivered 1-2 days after shipping out.

Picking up in person:

  • In person Pick-up instore is available only on the day we announce pick up instore dates and hours. Please know that we are not a regular store you can come in and purchase. We are only open during our shipping days, any day after shipping day we are closed

  • If you plan to pick up, please send an email letting us know that you plan to pick up your order so we can hold your order and not ship it to you.
