All orders are preorders for our upcoming batches. We do not keep stock of any of our Gels as we want our customers to receive the freshest products.
- Our batches are about every 2 to 3 weeks. Our current batch date is always posted on the Home page (Be sure to catch us live in the kitchen, videos will be posted on our Instagram page).
- Once made, the gels then go into the freezer until they are thoroughly frozen, which takes a couple of days, this is to ensure non-spoilage during shipping.
- Shipping is a two day process, usually the Tuesday and Wednesday following the batch date, and all orders for that batch will go out by the end of the day on Wednesday. With the UPS Next Day Air, all orders will be delivered by the end of the day the very next day. All UPS Ground orders will be delivered by the end of the day on that Wednesday or Thursday.
- Once your package is boxed up on shipping day, we scan the label which sends an email automatically with the tracking number(this is when the order status changes from pending to fulfilled). UPS then picks up all packages that afternoon and orders can be tracked using the tracking number, once uploaded in the UPS system (usually after 4/5pm).
