All orders are from our March 28th Batch production. Will ship starting Tuesday, April 1st.
- All products are made fresh prior to shipping so that our customers receive the freshest products.
- Order Confirmation Emails: Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email from us which will have your 5-digit Order Number, dates of production, shipping dates, pick up dates and our store address if you are planning on picking up your order.
- Be sure to catch us live in the kitchen, videos showing our process and production will be posted on our Instagram page on March 27th and March 28th so you can see how our Sea Moss products get made.
- Once made, the gels then go into the freezer until they are thoroughly frozen, which takes a couple of days, this is to ensure non-spoilage during shipping.
- Shipping will be Tuesday, April 1st/ Wednesday, April 2nd/Thursday, April 3rd, and all orders will go out by the end of the day on Wednesday, guaranteed.
- With the FedEx Next Day Air, all orders will be delivered by the end of the day the very next day after shipping out.
- All FedEx Ground orders will be delivered by the end of the day on Wednesday, April 2nd/ Thursday, April 3rd/Friday, April 4th/Saturday, April 5th.
- On the day we ship your order, once your package is boxed up, we scan your label with the tracking information, and we send you a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number (this is when your Order Status changes from pending to fulfilled).
- Once FedEx picks up all packages that afternoon, your order can be tracked using your tracking number, once uploaded in the FedEx system (usually after 4/5pm).
- If your order number was shipped (we post the order numbers that are shipped on each of the 2 shipping days) and you don't see an email in your main inbox, please check your spam/junk email folder in case it went there. If you still don't see an email in your spam/junk folder, please email us and our customer service team will take care of you.
